Pickett & Hatcher Educational Fund, Inc. is a private, nonprofit, noncommercial foundation created in 1938 through the Will of Claud Adkins Hatcher of Columbus, Georgia. As a revolving fund, loans are made to deserving students who repay them so that the money will again be available to other students.
